pants ripped on seam after a few wears

I bought 2 sizes to be safe and am keeping both. I'm about a 10 in regular pants right now, thick in middle. Bought L and XL. I like casual pants a bit baggy and both work. They are so cute and just different enough for my taste. The pants drape well, they are not super long, have good pockets. I have worm them 3 times and have been complimented each time I've worn them.
