Petite pants do not have 11" rises
I've long been a good size PM in EF. I've recently had to return two pair because I don't know of too many 5'2" people who can where an 11" rise.

These black pants are probably meant to be a slightly shorter style- but my legs are very very short. They fit me nicely skimming the floor with flats on. Material is thick which I appreciate (more modest). Looks good for any occasion. Glad wide leg styles are back in fashion for now.
