The Charmeuse fabric used for this top is distinguished by its extreme fineness, flow and satin-like appearance. These characteristics are achieved thanks to an ancient Japanese technique and the use of pure water during the manufacturing process. It is designed with square frills to create flowing, delicate drapes. This construction is inspired by the geometric details used by Jeanne Lanvin in the 20s and 30s for her Haute Couture and interior design creations. The neckline features a scarf that pays tribute to the grosgrain ribbons used by Jeanne Lanvin to finish the interior of her Haute Couture dresses and enhance her embroidery pieces. It can be tied in a variety of ways, depending on the style desired. This top can be worn with the matching pants, for a chic and feminine daytime outfit.
