Best Rain Boots Ever
My son LOVES these boots. I purchase a pair every year and I have to beg him to take them off. I do put him on thick socks so his little feet will stay warm when it’s raining. They are a good quality boot plus I’ve never had a problem with the lights not working, even after a year of wear.

COOLEST rain boots EVER
