This product is awful. It does not remove eye makeup. It will not remove basic eye shadow and mascara without rubbing vigorously which one does not want to do with your fragile eyelids. I returned this product and went back to my reliable philosophy and Lance eye makeup removers.

I have been looking for a descent eye make-up remover for a while. I thought I had tried just about everything. This product is awful. It does not remove eye makeup. It will not remove basic eye shadow and mascara without rubbing vigorously which one does not want to do with your fragile eyelids. I returned this product and went back to my reliable philosophy and Lance eye makeup removers.

Not gentle and not very effective
I had to use a lot of this to get eyeliner and waterproof mascara. I also had to rub harder than I would like and go behind with a different remover to get the last of it.

Best Makeup Remover
I love Origins, and this is my go-to makeup remover. I wear contacts, so it’s important for me to be able to use products that aren’t oily. Origins Well Off is perfect. Love it! Also, Nordstrom rocks!!

Works well with no oily feel or eye blur. I haven't purchased any new containers recently as using another brand alternatively. If the formulation hasn't changed, I think it's one of the best. Not 5 stars b/c I believe Origins(Estee Lauder) is not anti-cruelty & trades with regions where animals testing is done?
