Light as a feather, stiff as a board.
We use this car seat for in city as well as for travel for our 40” two and a half year old son and I can’t imagine not having it. I can literally install this car seat in under two minutes. It’s amazingly light weight and folds up into a non bulky seat you can easily install in a plane seat or in your car. Most of the negative reviews I’ve read so far are based on children not being able to nap comfortably in the car seat but clearly none of those people did their research. If you just look at the thing you know it isn’t designed for that, it doesn’t have a cup holder, or any additional cushioning whatsoever. Whenever we go on road trips, I don’t take this car seat, I bring my Maxi Cosi 85. I’d recommend for anyone who’s interested in this car seat to check out the product demo on YouTube.
Also, the seat cover is machine washable and it weighs eight pounds. There are Chihuahuas that way more than this car seat.

Huge Design Flaw
I am SO bummed! This car seat is pretty amazing! But it has a serious design flaw. The crotch buckle is NOT adjustable. I was so impressed the entire time I unboxed it and installed it in my car. I started to buckle my 3 year old into it and was instantly struck by how short the crotch buckle is. It is so short and forces the hard plastic into my child. It's very uncomfortable. I searched the manual, and even emailed the company. I went online and found other moms having the same issue. Everything about this car seat was designed great BUT that. You'd think with so much ingenuity they wouldn't have missed this simple issue that even the cheapest car seats cover.

This is a great travel option if you have a forward-facing child who still requires a car seat/booster. The clip is a little tricky which is frustrating if you’re buckling and unbuckling frequently. My biggest issue with this particular version is the manufacturer date. We just received this item, and upon opening it’s nonreturnable. That said, the manufacturer’s date was a full year before it was shipped. That wouldn’t normally be a problem with any other item, but car seats can only be used safely a finite amount of years. That is extremely disappointing, especially for a “new” item selling for Anniversary.

Don’t Waste your money!
I bought this for my 3 year old as an extra car seat, as well as for traveling. While this seat is very easy to travel with, it’s not comfortable at all! My daughter is literally slumped over anytime she takes a nap (which is most times we drive around). This product is TOO expensive for it to not serve its purpose. To any parent who doesn’t want to worry about their child being SIGNIFICANTLY uncomfortable, please avoid spending $300 for this seat.

Great car seat
I highly recommend this car seat. It saved us so much room in the car. We use it as our main car seat. If you travel or use ride sharing a lot it's a must. Swap from car to car in moments. It's super lightweight and easy to carry around. Also fits perfectly in an overhead bin.

Good for short travel only
The car seat is compact and definitely makes travel easier. However, its headrest is so awkward there is no support at all. My kid cannot fall asleep in the car without my hand supporting her head while using this car seat. I think this is ok for short distance travel and will never replace a full sized car seat.
