Poor design for the connectors
While the Silvercross product is great, they need to work on their configurations. The original seat only works in the upper position and the tandem seat only works in the lower position, a ridiculous design considering the bassinet works in both positions so clearly they have connectors designed to cater for both positions. This is very frustrating because I can’t have to option to have my son in either the upper or lower position without carrying 2 seats and a bassinet in the car.

Seat is good
Was a little difficult to get in the stroller the first time and get used to. I also think the shade could come further down. But all in all the stroller has the best shocks and smoothest ride of any stroller i've come across. A true rival (and winner) to the Uppa Baby Vista.
