Waterproof Chelsea Rain Boot

I purchased a mid-calf pair from Nordstrom and wore them twice and they started to separate at the seam. I took them back and prior I had never had any problems when returning anything at Nordstrom but they wouldn’t accept them back. This left an untrusting feeling for me. I couldn’t believe what they were telling me. It really made me want to close my account and I have had the account for years.

I have a pair of classic Hunter tall boots with a wide calf (only available in the UK) and a pair of Hunter insulated mud shoes. I also used to have a more refined Hunter Chelsea boot that was just too difficult to get on and off and was hoping to replace those with this version. These fit more like the mud shoes with plenty of room for socks. The neoprene collar makes them quite comfortable around the ankle. However, they are heavy, so I’ll be sending them back. The grey is also very meh. If they were offered in a fun color like red or yellow,I would have considered keeping them.

The boots are fashionable and perfect for yard work, or rainy weather. I was afraid that I may not be able to get my foot in the boot, but they are easy to put on and take off. I will recommend them to close friends and family. If you are deciding on these, I would say to go for it. They are perfect!

The hunter boot is comfortable but it’s heavy on my feet and adds pressure to my knees when I wak. Unfortunately I had to return them. I love the fit and color though.

Too bulky for me

I have already a pair of high hunt boots I wanted to try the ankle boots I love my first pair that I bought nine years ago and they still look brand new. I know I’m gonna enjoy these ankle boots too I’m liking the color too . The
