Waterproof Ankle Deck Sport Boot (Men)

I bought these boots last March for a fishing trip. They have not been worn but maybe a handful of times. Went to put them on and one of the soles is coming off. Loved the boots up until that point. Would think they would last longer than that with very limited use. I have a pair of the regular ones (not Sport) and they are 3-4 years old and no issues. Bought the sport because they are much more comfortable to me. But guess I will look for a new brand to support.

I really wanted to love these Xtra Tuf sport boots. They were great and super comfortable right out of the box, and for the first few weeks I thought they were going to be my new go-to pair. Unfortunately, they fell apart in less than a season. Seams started coming undone and the material broke down way faster than expected. For the price, I expected way better durability. Really disappointed.

I’ve bought these boots because my work offers a shoe reimbursement program even though my work doesn’t require boots. I’m in the chemical industry and work with some of the harshest corrosive chemicals. And these boots have standed through the test of time. I work in hot wet conditions as well and these things have been amazing. They keep my feet dry and safe from everything I work with. Even though these boots weren’t designed in mind for it. Plus I’m on my feet a lot and do a ton of walking on hard concrete floors. The sport soles are some of the comfiest my feet have been on. After a 12 hour shift my feet never hurt. I swear by these shoes and have recommended them to everyone at the job.
