Pieced Denim Maxi Skirt

This is my third Wash Lab Denim skirt from Nordstrom. I love them. I'm 5' 9" tall and this one is a true maxi with a slim, graceful shape. The little bit of stretch makes the true fit very comfortable and, aside from the asymmetrical top stitching and small fringe on the hemline, the shape and style are classic. Those little details add subtle interest. My only complaint is that there were some longer and loose threads along the bottom fringe that I had to carefully trim to even it out and satisfy my need for no loose threads! It took me a while, but the result is good. This skirt is a piece that can be dressed up with a nice sweater or blouse and classy mules or booties, or dressed down with a tee shirt or tank top and flat sandals or sneakers. The overall quality makes it a forever classic that I will wear for years.

Great everyday denim skirt, measurements fit my body well at 5'8"..175lb. Versatile, wear with boots or Birkenstocks.There is some stretch in denim which makes skirt comfortable to move in. Slit in front was a bit high for a 73yr. old woman but easily remedied in a few minutes with needle & thread.

I absolutely love this denim maxi skirt! It is very flattering, especially in the back it cuts in and has a V-shaped seem so it actually defines my butt instead of making it look flat like all my other denim maxi skirts do if you are looking for him down a maxi skirt this season this is the one to get!
