Denim Trumpet Skirt

I'm 5'2", 116 lbs and size 34C... a usual size 26 in jeans or size 2 depending on stretch in pants. Often wearing a size 2P in skirts. Absolutely loved this skirt with its high quality denim stretch and figure flattering shape. It was exactly the right "midi" length for me hitting just below the knee. Received the size 26 and it ran big so ordered the size 25, which also ran big in the waist for me. Could have altered but that was a deal breaker so sadly returned as size 24 was not available in this line.

I needed another jean skirt, and this one had been on my wish list for forever. I didn't know if I would like the part that flared out or not. I went ahead and ordered it, tried it on and suprised to find out how soft and stretchy it is. It ended up being very cute, however I feel I can't wear it with everything like I would normally with a jean skirt because of the flared part. I ordered a size 28, my waist is 28 inches and my hip is 38, it fit perfectly. I'm just hoping it doesn't stretch too much with wear because I know then it will get too big--so maybe order one size down to compensate if it loosens with wear. Also, the picture isn't perfectly clear, but it does have a slit in the back (roughly six inches). Overall, I love the skirt! Super soft, super stretchy, super cute!

I don't usually pay $70+ for a jean skirt, but it was so cute and I liked the color. So i decided to give it a shot. I'm really glad I did because it's long enough that I don't worry about exposing myself when working as an educator, but it's still stylish and doesn't look old-ladyish with the length.
