Building upon what was designed for The War of the Rohirrim, Weta Workshop concept artist Daniel Falconer reimagined the helmet from the original 2D animation as a fully functional piece of armour, worn and battle-scarred by history. Expert sculptor Shaun Bolton then crafted the design in clay, breathing life into every ridge, dent, and worn edge with the authenticity only decades of experience could provide.
