What it does: The highly-saturated eyeliner features a tapered felt tip that allows for precise control and easy glide for smooth, seamless application. It's quick-drying, budge-proof, smudge-proof and water-resistant for a look that will last all day.
How to use: Shake well to saturate the felt tip. Gently glide across your lids, following your lashline as closely as possible. Apply another coat to create a bolder effect. For a winged eyeliner look, create a short, upward stroke at the corner of your eye. Connect the line to the end of the tip of the wing and fill in the gap.
