High Line Liquid Eyeliner

How to use: Shake well to saturate the felt tip. Gently glide across your lids, following your lashline as closely as possible. Apply another coat to create a bolder effect. For a winged eyeliner look, create a short, upward stroke at the corner of your eye. Connect the line to the end of the tip of the wing and fill in the gap.
