love this mug
I was looking for a mug that wasn’t metal and not heavily insulated. I wanted it to keep my hands warm while I enjoyed my beverage in a normal amount of time. Who needs hours to finish a beverage?? Super cute design and nice to hold. I also love that the lid is easily removed so I can not drink through a sippy cup and enjoy the aroma of my beverage. Great cup....depends on what you’re looking for. I bought 2 and have had favorable remarks about them.

Cracked the first time I used it...
I returned this after 1 use. The ceramic cracked, but I'm not sure how. I didn't drop it and I washed it by hand. The description says microwave safe, and I did re-heat my coffee in the microwave. Unfortunate, because other W&P products I've purchased have been fine, and I do like the design of the Porter Mug, just not the poor quality.

Really cute design, miss on the quality
I really love the cute design but the quality seems to be a miss. The silicone edge (at least on the product I received) looks like it was cut with scissors. It has left the edge uneven and bumpy. The lid doesn't have one of those pressure holes, so the flow of the beverage is slowed. I do really enjoy the size, it fits perfectly in my hand. I put a Nespresso coffee pod in it about 7 min ago and it's already just a little more than lukewarm.

Cute but thats about it
This mug is super cute, but it does not keep coffee warm and it made a stain on my table from the condensation that I wasn’t expecting. I will not be using it for coffee anymore, maybe just some wine on the go

Looks beautiful but not functional
The color is amazing and I was so excited to get this, but functionally it is not even usable as a cup. It loses heat really quickly, same rate as a normal open mug. The lid also has an issue it didn’t fit tightly at the beginning and after a few uses it’s gotten worse. The top pops off as on as you put it in and the liquid comes out when you tilt it to sip.
