Nordstrom shipped me garbage
This arrived with no tags, clearly had been worn and was ripped in the side seam. For $100, it was low quality fabric and a pretty basic black skirt. Nowhere on this description does it say this is actually a skort with shorts underneath the skirt. Its being returned.
