Yellow promotion ruins box

These are typical Nest candles. You know what you are getting. However, I was not able to use these as planned for a gift because there is a bright yellow marketing bow glued to the box with Exclusive written all over it like a promotion. On the right side there is a bright yellow sticker with exclusive and the price stuck to the box. The box tore when I removed the bow and left marks when I removed the sticker. For $40 I don't want to gift small candles that look like they came from clearance.

Item never received/ Awful Customer Service

After ordering this product, an empty box was delivered to me by Nordstrom. I conveyed this experience to Nordstrom's customer service team, who refused to refund me or do anything to rectify that the product was never shipped to me. Very disappointing to see Nordstrom does nothing to help it's customers when they need it!
