The color is a beautiful
The color is a beautiful rich chestnut red brown which goes with a lot of things. However it is too small for a size 9 shoe. I don’t know why sizing in Frye boots is so irregular

A beautiful shoe, it scores
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A beautiful shoe, it scores full marks on style and quality craftsmanship, unfortunately it is not comfortable. It was heavy and my gait was uncomfortable, almost like a resistance against my upper shin. Sadly, I had to return it.

These boots truly are stunning.
These boots truly are stunning. I almost returned them because I have a wider calf and these don’t leave any space, but they aren’t tight. I have long legs and these come up to right under the knee. If you are looking for a beautiful, well made riding boot, these are it!

These are nice boots but
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are nice boots but did not work for me. They fit snug in the toe but wide elsewhere. Including the ankles. Felt very heavy and clunky for me. Nice thick leather. Just didn't suit me personally
