Why do this to a loyal customer?
The black Linea Paolo boot was ordered as a birthday present for my daughter. I cannot wrap my head around how Nordstrom instead chose to send a completely different boot in pointed toe by a different brand in a plain white cardboard box. No excuse for this nonsense. If the boot sold out/became unavailable, the only acceptable action would be to contact the customer and issue a prompt refund. Who decided to spring this dumb insulting surprise, waste our time & money, cause unnecessary stress to return this mess. Come on, do better. See pics.

Classic form
I don't understand the reviews about this boot being small. It fits me perfectly, true 8. It may be a wee bit more narrow, which works beautifully for me, but isn't a "narrow" by any means. This is a classic, simple, elegant boot, goes with anything, easy to wear. I bought the almond colored suede, love the look and fit.

Size up an entire size
Cut too short and also is narrow in the toe box. On other sites i see the same comments. Beautiful leather and pretty color.

too narrow
Loved the sleek look of the shoe but the they were tight and narrow. Felt uncomfortable. Boots were stiff. I had to return them.
