The blend of powder ingredients and a light oil-fixing polymer ensures a non-sticky, silky finish. The two main ingredients, Panthenol and Niacinamide, are now included in higher concentrations. It contains 1% of Panthenol, which is double the previous amount, and it helps to calm irritated skin. Vitamin C from Vitamin Tree Leaf, along with 4% of Niacinamide, brightens and evens out dull skin.
