Details & care

What it is: A biocellulose mask formulated to revive dry, visibly damaged skin with vitamin C and lactic acid.

Who it's for: Ideal for those with dry, red and dull skin.

What it does:. The biocellulose mask is saturated with Vitamin C and combined with lactic acid for increased absorption and enhanced performance. Biodegradable gel-like coconut fibers hug skin contours to help lock-in hydration, boost radiance and reduce redness. This mask has been specially formulated to be used with LED light for synergistic results.

How to use: Gently remove mask from satchet and unfold. Mask sits between two mesh layers. Remove one mesh layer and apply to clean, dry face. Remove top mesh layer and leave mask on for 15 minutes. Remove mask and gently massage remaining product into skin.

great mask

This mask had a fresh scent and the serum absorbed quickly. After using it in the morning, my skin looked more even and slightly glowy, like I’d had a good night’s sleep. It didn’t irritate my sensitive areas, which is rare for vitamin C products. I would love to try other products in this range too, great mask

Change in Recipe…or just bad

I usually loooooove Dr. Dennis Gross’ products. I have been hooked on his Extra Strength Peel Pads for years now. Then he knocked it out of the park and helped my PCOS induced problematic skin, leaving it completely clear and almost as bright as when I’ve had MD laser done. Do I had high hopes. I agree with the worry about a bad batch due to so many peer and online reviews. This one dried my skin out and caused several blemishes to bleed. It was a less than calming experience and no one wants to come out of a home sheet mask looking like they just got in a fight. Glad I only wasted money on the one. Definitely won’t be buying again.

Slightly overpriced when compared to the outcome

Although I did see a positive change in skin dullness after using this mask (it did appear brighter and overall more hydrated) I do think the product is slightly overpriced as a one time use product. I was a bit surprised by how little product there was in the mask, it was quite dry and the sizing of the mask seemed a bit off. If you have a slighlty larger head (like myself) it will not cover the entirety of your forehead. As a Dr. Dennis afficionado I was slightly disappointed.

No effect

This was included in the luminous legends set I bought a while a go. I have an extremely thin and slightly sensitive skin. This really did not do anything for it -- if anything left it a bit irritated. But I don't have a good track record with Dr Dennis Gross skincare products anyway.

Dont like the scent

I love a good eye mask, and have been trying many different brands in the pursuit of finding the best one. This one is a no for me, the scent is overwhelming and hard to disregard. I waa giving you a couple more chances to see if I would change my mind, but no. No visible effect on me, so definitely not buying again.

Disappointing

I love Dr. Dennis Gross but was sadly underwhelmed with this mask. It was really tricky to get on and way too small for my face. I bought two, but ended up giving the second one away. I used this before an event and it didn't really do anything. There was little product on the mask. My face looked redder than usual after, which I guess could be normal due to the active ingredients but here was just no other effect.

Overpriced

I was not blown away with efects of this mask, I did not really see any. Sometimes you get real brighten efect with vitamin C products but I did not see it here. It was also not very hydrating and my skin was not really smoother with the lactic acid. I do not really like this mash system, I never know which is which side, which to peel off first and I think this sort of packing is wasteful. Iam cool with the scent of vitamin C and with soft citrus smell added too. But for this pricepoint I prefer 111 skin masks.
