What it does: An illuminating blend of 5% niacinamide, daisy flower, hawkweed extract and antioxidants work over time to deliver refreshed, bright, healthy looking eyes. It helps visibly reduce under-eye dark circles and uneven skin tone. The cream will instantly brighten tired-looking eyes, reduce visible puffiness around the eyes and help protect delicate under-eye skin from the visible effects of stress and damage caused by UV and blue light.
How to use: After cleansing and toning, pat a small amount of the eye cream gently around the eye twice daily.

Best eye cream
I am an eye cream junkie always looking for my next eye cream staple and this one is by far one of my absolute favorites! I use 2x a day because it is lightweight, fast-absorbing, and super brightening! It layers beautifully under concealer and on tired days, I layer this with my hydraluxe cream and my eyes look super refreshed! Highly recommend!

I've only used this for a month or so. I use it every night but sometimes forget it in the morning (rushed). I can tell a difference in my dark circles when I forget it.

B3 Eye Brightening Is a Hit!
I have been a PCA skin professional customer for over 25 years. They have been known for their innovative skin products and cutting edge technology and ingredients. With the release of this new B3 Eye Brightening Cream, I requested a sample from my rep. I have clients who struggle with puffiness and dark under eye circles, so wanted to try it. I have used it twice a day for about 3 weeks now and find it does address puffiness, dark circles are definitely diminished and the rich creaminess of the product provide much needed moisture to the area. It can be used under the eye, and a dap under the brows too. Love it and just ordered some to sell to my clients.

I have noticed a visible improvement in the appearance of my undereye area while using this eye cream. My skin feels moisturized and nourished and appears brighter with diminished dark circles and spots. I would recommend this eye cream.
