What it is: A dietary supplement in a single-serve stick pack that may help boost your immune system.

What it does: This daily-use supplement contains 500% of your daily vitamin C value to help support collagen production. L-Glutamine, an amino acid, may help aid the function of the immune system by synthesizing glutathione, the body's master antioxidant. It also contains zinc citrate, which is an easily absorbable essential mineral which may help promote the production of T-cells to help regulate immune response. The supplement also contains electrolytes to help boost hydration.

How to use: Take daily. Combine one packet with 16 ounces of cold or warm water and mix thoroughly.

Oh So Vital!

I have been taking the Vital Proteins - Vitality Immune Booster for almost a year now and I can tell you the fact that this powder has helped me tremendously in my everyday life. I love Love Love the GRAPE Flavor, so saddened that they are out of stock now but anywho :), My hairm skin, nails and energy levels have boosted beyond infinity. I only use 2 powders a week mixed with a bit fresh fruit, blended in a blender. I feel like it acts like a detox for me as well. What I love most is how FLAWLESS my skin is and how strong my nails have become. Thank you, Vital Proteins, for adding "light years" to my portfolio.

Hard to Swallow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can only speak for myself and my tastebuds when I say, I could not get paste the taste. I was very excited when I saw the flavor but when I tried to drink it...to me it tasted like I was drinking bubble gum water or something. Also couldn't get past the weird thickness it gave to the water. Don't think I can give a proper review on how it boosts the immune system since I couldn't get past a few sips (and I did try). Even though its not my cup of tea doesn't mean it won't be good to other people.

Good for my health but not taste

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never tried booster like this one - just vitamins and minerals. So I have mixed feelings. First of all I appreciate it well-formulated with collagen, L-glutamine, vitamin C, zinc, etc. And in our pandemic time this supplement can help boost my immune system. I think it's really great! But I don't like how it taste. I hope Grape Citrus and Watermelon Blueberry flavors will be better. I mixed my Clementine stick with cold water but I should try with tea or juice also I believe.

Not the best

I use this if I feel a scratchy throat or know I was exposed to someone who is sick. Clementine flavor. The flavor is awful and I end up with gross clumps because it doesn’t dissolve very well. I think it may give me an immune boost.
