Collagen Beauty Glow Dietary Supplement

I’m a sucker for anything beauty and skincare and this checks all the boxes. I live in a warm climate and have read up about collagen and how I’m more likely to lose it so I wanted to go the supplement route. I’m not crazy about a powder mix I can always still taste the powder but this one tastes decent. I can’t figure out why it’s so much more expensive than the other vital proteins powders though. I’m using this for skin and for hair I use an gummy vitamin from Baby Blues (technically max strength for postpartum hairloss but legit the best hair vitamin I’ve ever taken) that also has collagen in it and really great hair vitamins and minerals. I feel like using both of these has changed the quality of my skin and hair. The bummer on the powder side is there are only 20 servings so it doesn’t even last you a full month.

I like the taste love the results and how easy it is to use. My hair skin and nails are healthier and growing.
