Walk Max Skyline Sneaker (Women)

I started wearing Vionic shoes because I was getting painful callouses on the ball of my feet. Vionic shoes seem to take the emphasis off the ball of the foot and the callouses stopped. These particular shoes do the opposite. My body is pitched forward in these while the pressure is more on the ball of my foot than the heel. It's quite painful and makes my toes hurt. Doubt I can take them back as I took them out for a walk this morning. Initially they are quite cushy but the pitch just isn't right.

I wanted to love these shoes, but upon arrival, the fabric on the toe box on the left shoe was incredibly wrinkled making the one shoe look defective. I wasn’t crazy about the smooth material on the side of the shoe, but would have kept if not for the defect. These should have never made it past quality control.

I was immediately impressed with the support when I started wearing these shoes. I usually wear Brooks, and there are a nice change. I did have an issue with the back of the shoe rubbing against my heel causing a blister. There isn't as much padding as I'm accustomed to. I had to take a break from these shoes, but will be wearing them again soon. Also, I usually wear a wide, but a normal width accommodates my foot just fine.
