Kearny Platform Sneaker (Women)

I was planning on walking on hard surfaces at a convention for many hours but wanted to wear a suit that was hemmed for 3 inch heels. These tennis shoes are not 3 inches but they were high enough that my hem did not drag the ground or trip me. The gold ones are light weight and not stiff. I wore them 10 hours the first day. I wear 7.5 to 8. I bought the 8s and they fit perfectly. A couple of things to know - the sole is ivory not white. I was expecting bright white but it looked great with an all white suit. The bottom got very dark immediately. It is the sole and to be expected.

Great color and style, good arch support, unfortunately the toe box was too narrow. I liked the shoes so much that I even tried a half size up but it was still too uncomfortable to do much walking. I was disappointed this style was not available in a wide. I have never worn a wide size but was willing to try.

These shoes are fantastic. Super Ultra comfortable, great support and arch. These are sturdy shoes - exceptionally well made. When I was walking down a very quiet resort hallway I did notice the R shoe squeaked a bit, I asked family later if they heard the shoe squeak when I walked and no one else heard it - so it must be so subtle it needed total silence to be heard - therefore, not an issue. I really like the clean all-white design, that's hard to find in shoes these days as so many have shade variations around the shoe - which is FINE - just sometimes I want an all white shoe. FIT: Ordered my usual size 9.5 Womens US and they fit perfectly.
