Alfina Wingtip Derby (Women)

This is my first pair of Vionic shoes and I’m happy with my purchase. I wore the shoes the next day and are comfortable right out of the box. They didn’t need additional support insoles and I’m relieved that my plantar fasciitis didn’t flare up. One thing I changed are the laces: I swapped thin dress laces for the ones that came with the shoe. I think they look nicer with thin laces.

I’ve always wanted wingtip shoes but finding a women’s version isn’t easy. These shiny cool wingtips work with both dressy clothes and jeans. They are lightweight and comfortable with arch support and a cushioned footbed. I bought two sizes and went with the smaller ones, so these may run a bit large.

I love VIONIC and have several pairs! I wear them often and they are super comfy- which is great for someone who needs the arch support. However, these are not like the others I own. Every other shoe I have is a 9.5 - not sure on width since the shoe doesn't say. I ordered these in my size and too short. I went up to a 10 and they feel too long and make a squishy noise when I walk, due to size. Not sure if I need a 9.5 W or this shoe just isn't for me. But the design is great and it's very stylish.
