WOW. If a perfect work skirt were to be made, THIS would be it. I have been searching for the 40-year-old skirt that goes
with work. In your 20's, it's mini-skirts, 30's, I don't know, jeans and pajamas because you're pregnant and having babies and you don't freaking remember what the heck you wore then. 40's: this skirt. I wear it with a silky tank top that I tuck in, fitted tank, loose long sleeve, tucked in, it is SO flattering, and not see-through at all and can be worn around the year. I wear mine with flats, boots, and flip flops. Most versatile piece of clothing I own. Which...is why I have it in cream, pink, black and dark blue. I would say pink and cream get the most use now, blue & black obv in winter. Can't go wrong....

Vince. Is a favorite label for me. Consistently on trend, predicable sizing and quality. This skirt however lacks value. It’s pretty… but sadly I have two similar from Target. I thought the target one were an anomaly(quality & value). While I hate to admit, this Vince skirt did not elevate in quality, fit, or appearance than the others I picked up. For this reason, it get only one star. If you missed the target ones and don’t mind paying $250 more, go for it. It’s a lovy shade of blue.

Got this in the champagne color. Love it, but even for Vince clothing this isn’t worth the price. However, I got it on sale for under $100. No lining, slightly see-thru but not immodest or tacky. The wide band of the elastic waist is comfortable and doesn’t dig. Runs a little small - I’m a 12 and the XL fit well, slightly big, but the L probably would be a tad too snug (wearable but less comfortable). Will look great with a white tee and cute flip flops or a l/s fitted top and combat boots. Now if only we weren’t quarantined and there was somewhere to wear it.....!

Not cut for curvy figures
I bought the skirt in both blue and chanpagne . Both colors are beautiful but the cut was off for my curvy body. The pull-on elastic waist was comfortable but the hip was cut so large the fabric popped out from my hips like wings. On the back side, there was so much fabric that is looked like I had a tail between my legs.
The fabric is lovely if the cut works for you. Light and perfect to dress up or down.

Not a flattering cut
Not for those of us with a tummy. The fabric is soft so it doesn’t hold you in like a Lycra/spandex fabric would. Bummed because I would’ve kept it if it were flattering.
