Hann Loafer

Shoes are fine but they have now sent a second pair that is a used floor model after returning the first. The first time I was visiting parents who live 15 mins away from Nordstrom in NJ so I returned there. Called customer service and they said to return it again after second show arrived used. To add insult to injury, they left the price sticker on the shoe which was for $250, whereas they charge $275 online. Assuming that’s to cover “free” shipping. See my photo. How many hours do I have to waste doing this? I live in Brooklyn and it’s not convenient to return. Discounting was also not offered as an option in order to keep the used shoes. Buyer beware when purchasing from Nordstrom that you may be buying a floor model item. With shoes, that means other people’s feet have been in your shoes. “Customer service” will not help get you the right shoe, offer to have the shipper pick up package or discount the shoes as a courtesy for the inconvenience. Good luck.
