Cute and Sophisticated!

This blouse is quite flattering with its ruffled high neck and darling sleeve detail. I plan on wearing it with some designer jeans or black slacks. One nice plus is that it is warm. I am always cold in the winter and most silky blouses are not warm. It runs true to size. I am a 4-6 and bought XX. I totally recommend this top!!
