Great Dress by Vince. It is light and airy; perfect for the Texas Summer. It does require a strapless Bra. It is also portioned quite well meaning if you're apple shaped like me with a large chest, there isn't so much fabric below making the dress ilfitting and unflattering. Add it to your dress collection; you won't regret it.
