Ruffle Slit Trumpet Gown

I love the elegant simplicity of this dress the smooth lines make it outstanding the side slit and the ruffle brought it home. for reference I am normally a size 16 I am a 38 double d and so I bought the size 16 in this dress the length is perfect, I'm 5"5', considering that I will be wearing it with heels. I gave it four instead of five star because of quality control. the dress arrived seriously crushed up, as though it was worn and laundered in the wrong temperature to return. And without even the full length plastic bag that normally comes over formal dress.

I wear size 2 and it fits perfectly, the length is too long for my height 5” but it’s not a big deal. I only wear this elegant gown to take party photograph.

The color is more of a peach nude vs a blush nude. Material is nice, in person it has a very matronly vibe. Returned.

I am 55 y/o 5'5" 117lbs . I bought an xs size 2 . I am looking for a mother of the bride dress , this dress is lovely but the color was not quite right . its beautiful and true to size .
