Ruched Stretch Knit Midi Skirt

Girlfriend....you, your mama, your best friend and your cousin all need this skirt. It is so sexy and slimming. I wear 3X, 5'4" and 330 pounds. This is the most flattering skirt I own. The skirt is very soft, and double layer knit, so it hides every single lump and bump that you may be self conscious about. Buy it in every color you can because you will want to wear it every where you go! It can be pulled up or down to be above the knee, at the knee, or just below. You'll love it!

I bought this skirt thinking that it looked pretty good online but not being in love with it - I just needed new work clothes. My feelings completely changed once the skirt arrived. It's really comfortable and easy to care for. In addition it's a classy sort of sexy. I've worn it a few times and got compliments and looks every time. Nothing moves an item into the favorite category like being comfy but still helping me look good.

I literally love this skirt! I have been so self conscious of my stomach ever since I had my son almost three years ago and I love the way my body looks in this skirt if there were my colors I would buy them all! I am an 18-20 and I ordered the 2x and it fits perfect!

I wouldn't have purchased this skirt except for the great reviews here on Nordstrom.com. So thanks to all you other reviewers for taking the time to do it! This skirt definitely runs large. I ordered a 1X and it's a bit loose, but nothing terrible. And it's extremely comfortable, too - a bit like wearing pajamas (who could complain about that!). The best part, of course, is that it's extremely flattering. Depending on how far you pull it up, you can make it a mid-calf skirt or just-under-the-knee skirt. I pull it up a bit further because I think it's more flattering to have it closer to my knees. The ruching is great and a nice detail that sets this apart from just a regular black skirt. The only criticism I have is that it not at all supportive in the belly area. I'm an apple shape and am always self-conscious of that area. The ruching really helps, and I think the skirt is flattering enough that I'm not concerned about my belly. But it would have been extra-awesome if it had some kind of control panel. Wish it came in different colors (grey or navy would be awesome!).
