Bow Neck Stretch Crepe Jumpsuit

I ordered a size 2 light blue jumpsuit, and I received a size 6 navy blue pantsuit. I called customer service and was told that he would reorder the jumpsuit I originally ordered and that I should return the pantsuit to the nearest Nordstrom store. I advised him that I was flying out in a few days and needed a baby blue jumpsuit asap. He wanted me to use my gas and time to return the pantsuit to the store. I was not willing to do that. I felt like I was the only one being inconvenienced. The customer service rep then told me that they were sold out of the jumpsuit that I ordered. I finally spoke with a team lead who offered to help me search for another jumpsuit in the original color (the color had to be a light blue). When i finally found another light blue jumpsuit, she said she would request it be shipped to me immediately. She gave me 10% off my order and will have FedEx pick up the incorrect order that was sent to me. I'm still not happy the way this was handled. I've always told others of the great customer service that Nordstrom offers. I will no longer do this because I don't believe it.
