Boyfriend Blazer

I came across this jacket during Anniversary Sale. I'm always looking for a nice blazer as they are such a great essential to have in the closet. I'm retired, so I don't need a blazer for work, just for the occasional meeting of organizations I volunteer for, and going out. I have a larger bust than hips and wear a full size larger on the top than the bottom. I often need to size up with blazers and jackets, so I looked at the chart and ordered a size 14. It was way too large everywhere (including the sleeves), but I loved the fabric and the styling is classic, so I ordered the 12. It fits well, although I would still prefer a bit shorter sleeve (and I have rather long arms). The fabric is wonderful - soft but still holds it's shape. It's been too hot to wear a blazer lately, but I know I will be wearing this often as the weather cools.

I bought the matching pants for this jacket and the pants were a great fit. However, the jacket like a previous review stated has no shape. I tried the size 6 and it was too baggy. Then I tried the size 4. It fit closer to the body, but the armholes were a bit tight. In the end I decided all I needed was the pants and I could do without an ill fitting jacket.
