Perfect heavy cardigan for the cool weather
I tried this on over black slacks and black turtle neck and it looks so cute (and super comfortable) on with the outfit, and I know I’ll be able to wear with denim and boots or leggings and athletic shoes. This is definitely an investment piece I’ll have in my closet for many years. If it’s one thing I can say about Vince is that their clothes are great quality! I have several items that I’ve collected over the years and are still in great condition. One thing I will say is I am normally a Large and my S.A. gave me a medium and I still felt it was oversized. I probably could’ve tried a small but I decided to stay with the medium as I like to make sure I can layer underneath without struggling through the sleeves

Not 90/10 Wool Cashmere
I really like how this sweater fit and thought the material was softer than expected for 90% wool/10% cashmere. That’s because it isn’t… there is no cashmere. The fabric is 34% nylon, 6% viscose and 1% spandex, 44% merino wool, 10% wool and 5% alpaca.

Luxe oversized coatigan, runs large
Being petite, I didn't even plan to try this on based on the stock photos looking so shapeless. I will say that in person though, this coatigan hangs and drapes better than I expected, and the overall piece feels luxurious with a good weight to it. Petites can definitely still pull this off as a duster jacket, if you're able to potentially size down and will need to cuff the sleeves up. I'm 5 feet 98lb trying on the xxs and it's an oversized fit.

Runs too large, fabric not as described
It’s a pet peeve of mine when sizing is way off especially during the anniversary sale where getting the correct size can be like a competitive sport. This runs two sizes large. Also, the fabric description on the website is inaccurate and this is not a wool/cashmere blend. There is cashmere and is has synthetic materials (=pilling that is not easy to remove like on natural materials). Huge disappointment.

Not Worth It
I love the cut, color and fit of this cardigan coat. I take my usual Vince size but size down if in doubt. Unfortunately, the product description isn't accurate and this sweater contains viscose and other synthetic fibers. I was excited for a 100% natural fiber sweater but this isn't it and at this cost, definitely not worth the price point. I fear this will pill like crazy. Also, the clasp is incredibly hard to open and I don't see this holding up long-term. Not a forever piece.

Could have been a 4 star Coat
I agree with the 2 Stars ratings. The XS coat fits like a medium size and there is no Cashmere and only 59% natural material.
The big snap button is ugly and hard to handle. It is difficult to purchase a coat when there is nothing to see or try on in my store.
