Perfect in every way

OMG, quality, quality, quality. Vince boiled cashmere is the best cashmere that I've ever owned. I've heard so much about Loro Piana cashmere, but I bet Vince boiled cashmere could give them a run for the money.. It's about three times as thick as regular cashmere, oversized. I'm five-two, 125 lbs, and the small was perfect, hit at low hip area and just perfect in every way. I wish I could afford to buy another one, but having already spent lots of $$$ during my covid online shopping, I need to go easy

great sweater horrible service

You know. This is the last time I’m going to be disappointed by Nordstrom. I’m canceling my credit card, returning this sweater even though I love it along with the $200 cosmetics I purchased at the flagship store in Seattle tonight. They have completely lost it on customer service. I purchased this sweater via a store salesperson on 11/8 and received it on 11/11. I reordered another in a different size as this is a $425 sweater and I want to make sure it is perfect. Returned the other one today and came home to find the price reduction. Was on the phone with Nordstrom for 24 minutes being told it is out of policy and there is nothing they can do. This is what I can do. Take my business who appreciates me more. Sees that I have spent $1000’s over the years and held every level Ambassador, Icon and empowers their employees to do the right thing. Bye Nordies. Hate that we have to end this relationship. But it’s business.

Perfect in every way

OMG, quality, quality, quality. Vince boiled cashmere is the best cashmere that I've ever owned. beautiful and comfortable

Heavier cashmere with some structure to the neck without being a turtleneck. I’m usually more of a M-L but the S in this fits nicely, not tight.

Sweater arrived with security lock left on

Security lock left attached to sweater upon arrival. Extremely dissatisfied, disappointed and frustrated with lack of quality control on Nordstroms part in shipping item. Offered no consolation except saying just take it to the store to get tag taken off. Now understand why so many Nordstroms are closing, what a way to earn loyalty and offer customer service. Too bad, moving on to another store

5-Star Cashmere Pullover!!

I bought this sweater winter of 2020 and I'm happy to share it has been a regular staple in my closet for the last year. The sweater is very versatile from zoom calls to dressing it up in slacks or wearing it casually with jeans or a Netflix and Chill sweater with my favorite leggings and wool socks. It is so warm, lightweight, cozy, but breathable and does not require wearing an undergarment as the material is the right thickness. I am 5'2" 105 pds and 33" bust and bought the small which is True to Size for Vince sweaters and slightly oversized the way I like to wear it. This sweater is high quality, durable, warm, versatile and will not disappoint!

Love this sweater!

I bought this sweater in black and loved it so much I went back and bought it a gorgeous chocolate brown and a vivid blue. Probably the most comfortable sweater I have ever owned. Fit is great and it is just the right length. I highly recommend it.
