What it does: This versatile pan makes it easy to sear, brown and sauté your favorite foods with the ease of nonstick cleanup. The three-ply construction delivers efficient, professional-quality heat transfer. The exterior steel layer is induction-capable, the middle layer of aluminum helps to conduct heat evenly and the interior layer is made from 304 nonreactive surgical-grade stainless steel. It's safe to use with metal utensils, but do not use aerosol nonstick sprays with this pan as it will reduce the life of the nonstick coating.
Additional features: The rolled rim allows for drip-free pouring. The ergonomic handle is riveted in place for a lifetime of use and is equipped with a heat break to help it stay cool during use and a finger guide for easy lifting and control.

Not a non stick pan
I bought this a month ago. Believe me it’s not a non stick pan.. my pancakes stuck to it in the middle.. none of my previous non stick pans had any sticking issues and those were not expensive compared to vikings pan. I wasted all money: I wanted to return it the very next day I purchased it but the barcode was burnt out and turned black so couldn’t return it. Never going to buy any viking’s product again

Not nonstick
Good quality pans. However they are NOT nonstick. Fried a couple eggs almost threw them out.

Fantastic
I LOVE this pan! Disregard the haters, they don't know how to use these pans. Heat them up first, just like stainless and they work unbelievable. Favorite pan out of allu high end cookware. Any cleaning issue use BarKeepers friend and it will look like brand new

Pan is handle heavy
I bought this pan a few weeks ago and it has a major drawback, the handle is too heavy for the pan and therefore doesn't sit level on the burner. I have a Bosch range with heavy cast iron grates and you can't get the pan to sit level.
