Galea Slide Sandal

Purchased got the Eclipse color which is navy blue. I was so excited to see these had come back into stock. Originally these shoes are 375.00. On sale they are 250 and they are worth maybe 175.00 (maybe) the quality at best is on the level of "Nine West" which would have been fine if they were "Nine West" prices. I was expecting " Angela Scott" quality and they are nowhere near that. The arch strap is velcro....Now for the good, when I say comfortable. You could walk the mall in these shoes easily. They are very comfortable. And the shade of navy is crisp (not ashy) I would say size up .5 if you don't want to have to adjust the velcro strap. These shoes needed to be repriced. I know the brand is a luxury brand but, I need your items to be on the same quality.

These look like something you would buy at DSW, certainly not up to the quality I expect from Veronica Beard. The strap is velcro!!!! Because of the thick velcro strap, this beautiful sandal looks bulky and matronly. I thought I would love them. Sadly, they went right back.

I do not think this shoe is worth the full price. VB is starting to get extremely overpriced and lowering her quality. The 6.5 which is my usual size (or I am a size 6) barely fit length wise. Trying one last size for the sale. It is a cute shoe!

I tried this on in store and loved them, but initially passed on them because I wasn’t sure if I would get enough wear out of them. Then I caved thinking about wearing them with navy dresses, pants, skirts etc. The navy suede is gorgeous. A deep, true navy. They run TTS. The heel is stable and these are easy to walk in. They don’t feel like a 3” heel at all. I don’t need to adjust the first strap to get in or out of them. My feet slide in just fine and I have medium width feet. The soles are leather and overall a great quality shoe. The nude color is sold out for a reason. I wish I had picked those up too.

High heels and comfortable

I’m keeping these because they match a particular outfit but I’m extremely disappointed with the quality for the price. I purchased them on sale but would’ve definitely sent them back if they were $400. The packaging was super disappointing. No dust bags or tissue in the box. The quality of this purchase makes me reluctant to purchase any other products from Veronica Beard.
