I have the tall version of these boots in black and I love them. These are just as beautiful and comfortable. Says taupe but they are grey which is what I wanted. Pricey but must say worth it.

The problem with online orders...
These are beautiful and comfy boots. I had purchased a different color and had to return them because they fit big. I reordered in a different size and the ones I received are clearly the floor sample. The right side was not in good condition. Unfortunately they are sold out.

So nice I bought them twice!
I saw these boots in store and it was love at first sight. I have never purchased Veronica Beard shoes/boots but I am now a superfan. Bought them in a brown/saddle color then came home and ordered the taupe (which is really more of a grey) and ordered the tall shaft in black because the booties were already sold out in black in my size. They are incredibly stable and comfortable. I walked around all day at the office and had zero problems with my feet or back. I normally wear a 8.5 narrow and I bought these in an 8.5M and they fit just fine so I'd say they run a little more narrow than a usual medium width. Everyone at work comments on how cute they were...definitely attention-getting shoes!

Absolutely beautiful!
They are absolutely beautiful and comfortable. I typically order a half size for boots, and I did the same for these, but they fit big. I am bummed out I have to return them because they no longer have my size in the color I want.
