Suggest a size up!
The band around waist is tight in the velvet material (not as much on the knit version) so I would order a size up. I'm usually a medium but the large was so much more comfortable. Love this dress! So comfortable.

Velvet Dress
I was hoping that I could wear this dress for a wedding. I ordered a large because I didn’t want the bust to be too tight. But unfortunately it was too small on the top and returned it.
