Verly Ankle Strap Flare Heel Sandal (Women)

The first item I bought came with stains on one of the shoe. The replacement that Nordstrom sent for it came in a box that used an elastic band to hold it together, had multiple stretches, and one shoe was torn and showed the sponge inside the shoe. The foam was very creased on the inside of the shoe, was poorly glued to the seams, and the sole had caved in as well. Seems like poor quality shoe for Naturalizer.

Disappointed in the level of comfort with this shoe. Was hoping to add this to my summer rotation of work sandals. I have a fairly narrow foot and stuck to the M width, however the strap over the toes has no stretch and subsequently chafes over the toes. The ankle strap is also slightly tight and rigid, but has become better with wear. Otherwise, the shoe has potential. It's at a good height and conforms to the foot. I am hopeful I can stretch the strap over the toes with a little pulling and wear.
