Varinka Long Sleeve Crop Top

Paired this top with white jeans for the perfect spring/summer look. Was true to size.

I’m usually a 00-0 so ordered a zero and it was a joke. Looked like it was made for a 8 year old with no boobs at all. For reference, I’m 5’5” 108 lbs. beautiful top, but I’d guess I would need a size 4 to even be able to connect the zipper closure to zip! Also, weird, but the breast cups were insanely close together on my top; maybe one boob would fit into both spaces….did I get the wonky one???

I was looking for a going out top that I could still wear in warmer temps, but that covered my arms (my personal area of insecurity). It’s not perfect, but I kind of love it. For reference, I’m exactly 5’1 3/4” tall, 107 lbs., 32D natural chest (meaning I don’t have a lot of volume up top, especially after breastfeeding several babies). I’m typically an XS in tops/dresses and 00-0/24-25 in pants/jeans. From my experience, this brand tends to run on the smaller side. According to their size chart posted, the correct size for me is a size 2 or XS. I didn’t have a choice anyway because size 2 was the only size left. Well, it fits like a glove. I tried it on right after I ate a big meal. I don’t think there’s room for me to gain any weight in this top. It’s ever so slightly small in the chest area. My breasts don’t sit perfectly at the bottom. It extends a little beyond the bottom. But just by a tad, and I don’t think anyone will notice besides me. It’s still very much doable, though I’d be curious to know how a size 4 would have fit for comfort. I will most likely keep this because it’s so cute. You could dress it up or down. I would not wear it with the shorts I have on in the pic, but I didn’t have anything else that looked quite right. I may try pairing it with some satin lace hem shorts that I see trending everywhere and straps kitten heels or white or light blue denim. I also wish it were a little less cropped as I’m beyond the years of showing my stomach so I will need to find something super high waisted. I think it’ll look cute with a high ponytail, which is what I was trying to do in one of the pics hence the awkward pose. I did a close up of the feminine details of the top. Hopefully, that helps.
