Classic Slip-On Stackform Sneaker

This shoe is specified as “womens” in the listing title. I ordered an 8.5. They shipped me a women’s size 10 (men’s 8.5). I contacted them about this, I wanted them to ship me the right size, I have travel coming up and I wanted them for the trip. They told me I would have to return the shoes to a fed ex (which is 40 minutes from my house- each way). They said because I ordered with a gift card I would only be reimbursed by gift card (makes sense) but I would only get it once they received the shoes back. They also want me to wait another 7 days after they receive the shoes, to allow them to sort out sizing with the shoe department. The proper way to handle this would have been expediting me the correct size - since this is their error- and telling me I need to return the wrong size by a certain date or I would get charged for both. Or even expediting the right size the second my return package is scanned in by fed ex… not telling me I could need to wait up to two weeks to reorder… The shoe will probably be sold out again by the time they issue my refund and get sizing “sorted out”… any company this huge selling shoes should know how to size- that’s pathetic.
