Authentic Sneaker

I decided to order 1/2 size bigger than my last ones and it was just enough. Not too big. I’ve worn them around the house for a few days and I love them! They don’t rub on my heals and don’t feel too flat even though they appear to be a flat shoe.

Just picked up a pair of Vans Authentics for the first time in a few years. I put them on this morning for the first time, and it was wild how quickly a flood of memories came rushing back. Throwing them on barefoot every day because we knew we’d end up at the beach skimming or surfing. Skating down hills and wearing holes in the right toe box after months of pushing and pushing on my skateboard. Jumping up and down at shows and throwing bows in the pit, riding bikes, working on cars, raising my daughter. Vans Authentics were there for a lot of it and much more! I’ve probably owned 40 pairs over the years, and there was a time when they were the only shoes I would wear. Now that I’m 40 and apparently need a little more support, I’ve gravitated toward styles like the Kyle Walkers and other PopCush models. But I’m still loyal to Vans. A good pair of Authentics will never disappoint when it comes to style. They’re simple, timeless, and look good with just about anything. More importantly, they have a way of becoming part of your memories; and now I have a teenager wearing them. Life is wild! Make your own memories in them. They’re worth it!

I bought this show to work, and everyone is amazed that it’s a Vans shoe. I love it!

These sneakers are amazing! I love the red color combined with the white section along the bottom edge. They are incredibly comfortable!
