Just as lovely as always
This is the same fragrance and formula as the Vanilla Bouquet shea butter hand cream that L’Occitane has offered for years; the scent hasn’t changed, it’s just as lovely as always! Ignore the strange reviews saying it doesn’t smell like vanilla. It’s not a vanilla cookie or a vanilla candy like some may be accustomed to. This is a floral vanilla, a delicate yet rich interpretation of the vanilla orchid. It’s sunny and comforting, and quite an elegant way to wear vanilla (without smelling like you just robbed a bake shop).

Not Vanilla at all!!!
I wish I had smelled this before I threw the box out this would go back so fast. This does not smell close to vanilla at all as a matter fact it’s a very nauseous smelling scent!!!!! Yuck

It's all in the name!
I personally find the scent calming and light. The name of the scent is "vanilla bouquet" and I think that for some noses expecting a pure vanilla scent, this is definitely not it. On the other hand, my nose detects the vanilla, but with an underlying subtle floral note, which tends to recede a bit after the cream soaks in. The result is a light scent that reminds me of enjoying a patch of sunlight in a quiet corner somewhere. This is not a strong scent, but for me a very pleasant one.

I love this hand cream. Its feels and smells so luxurious. Its a great price and great set , one is perfect for your purse and the other for your night stand. Its smells warm and toasty, very moisturizing. I feel like this sent is like a perfume , its smells according to you . I enjoyed it and i went back to purchase another set for the cold dry winter months.
