Rockstud Pointed Toe T-Strap Pump

Valentino’s sizing isn’t very extreme, and can vary a bit depending on material, color, and of seasonal or permanent. Personally I own seven pairs of the 100 closed toe. I am a true 8, with very unremarkable feet, and own them in 37.5, 38, and 38.5. They all fit. I even went to the store and tried a ton on to experiment. The only difference is maybe 1mm in length and 1mm width in the toe box per a half size. If you have wide feet, you will need to size up to accommodate for that. The leather does give quite quickly, natural leather much more than patent. Open heels are more forgiving than a closed heel, where slippage can occur. The best is to go in store to try on. But there is definitely flexibility in sizing.

I am a true size 8. I bought size 8.5 in the gorgeous light gold color, Platino. They were so right, I couldn't even put the strap on. I waited and waited for months looking for a size 9. I ended up the Skin color. It's a weird pewter with a gray undertone. It doesn't match my wardrobe. I will be returning these and buying either the nude or the full black with gold studs. Gorgeous shoes and impeccable craftsmanship. Just wish they had more quantities in each size.

These may be the most gorgeous (and comfortable) shoes I’ve ever owned. I was looking for a nude heel, and thought I wanted the poudre. The color was not right on my skin tone. But then I found these. LOVE. LOVE. LOVE. As with all my Rockstuds, I went up a half size.

Stunning.... the pearlescent sheen is perfect ...shoes can be worn day or night. Fabulous with a pair of white jeans or a subtle leopard print dress. Sizing...I read so many reviews and suggestions to size up. I am between size 8 and 8.5. I ordered the size 8.5 and they’re perfect. I also bought the red and pouvre t strap Valentino Rockstud in 8.5. They do seem a bit smaller, but still fit. And from elsewhere, the liquid metal pumps. The pumps are too small. If you have wide feet, go up a full size. Others should go up a half size.

I splurged on these shoes for my wedding day, and I cannot wait to wear them! I have the Valentino Garvani Rockstud Sandal version of these shoes, and they are the most comfortable 4 inch heels I have ever worn - I wear them for hours at a time so I knew I needed to get the closed-toe version for my New Years Eve wedding. These are a bit tighter and may be slightly less comfortable, but they are still a hop-skip-and a jump more bearable than other comparable designers. You definitely get what you pay for with Valentino shoes.
