These shoes are absolutely amazing. Just as every review has said. BUT! Here's the thing with sizing. I wasn't sure as I had read different reviews on different sites about this. I wear a straight size 8 in every regular shoe. In these, I fit great at an 8.5 in the low kitten heel but better at a 9 in the high heel. If I wanted to wear true to size, I would have returned them. Size 1/2 up. If you have a narrow foot..then you can expect more true to size, but with a narrow toe, you need more leeway. Except the following: Nine West: 7.5 (they run a bit big# Christian Louboutin 39 #they run small and narrow). Go one size up. allow for swelling! Prada 38.5 they run a bit small Red Valentino 38.5 they run 1/2 size small. Brian Atwood: 38.5 they run 1/2 size small in heels. kate Spade: 39 they run a size small Kenneth Cole: true to size, but in leather flats if you have room in the toe, go 1/2 size smaller as they stretch. Otherwise, just add inserts and you will be really comfortable. Guess: 1/2 size small BCBG: 1/2 to 1 size small Anne Klein: true to size Jessica Simpson: true to size Adrienne Vittadini: true to size Nicole Miller: true to size Vera Wang: True to Size Tom's" True to size Ivanka Trump: True to size or 1/2 size up and add inserts. Such a gorgeous shoe, but geez... I wasn't able to walk two feet in them!!! They killed my feet. All the weight is on the front ball of your toes... which for me... was way too painful. As far as looks go... these shoes are a 10... just wish the comfort was, as well. However, I did find a comfortable shoe in the same gorgeous blush color, at Nordstrom, made by YSL. They are more of a platform heel and cost around $950, but are comfortable.
