The sandal is excellent quality, but unfortunately, it runs too narrow. You will also need to go up a size.

So extremely heavy to walk in ! I wanted to love them but I’m Returning because it’s awkward walking in them trying to keep them on my feet ! I usually size up in Valentino’s , I’m a size 9 but buy a size 40 ... these were way too big !

Definitely raspberry pink/rose which is exactly what the Valentino box notes. Wasted time paying & now having to return this item. Please fix the description so others do not buy thinking these are red.

These slides are beautiful. I ordered them in two colors (Ivory and Red) and two sizes (38 and 39 respectively) to test fit. They have a slightly weird fit - they come in only whole sizes and for me, the 38 was a tiny bit too short and the 39 was too large all over. I really need a 38.5. The other issue I have with this shoe is the color description. This shoe is definitely not red. I have a pair of Valentino Rockstud Mary Jane's in a color called Raspberry. This shoe is the exact same color as my Mary Jane's - a really deep pink. The ivory is true to color and absolutely beautiful with the gold rockstuds. I am going to reorder the ivory in the 39 as a test to see if they might work.

I purchased these in a 38 and 39. I normally am a 38 (size 8 shoe, once in awhile 7.5) in Valentino but based off of previous shoes they said they small. I almost need a 38.5 but am sticking to the 39. I am hoping however, when I wear them they don’t stretch out to the point where they’re too big, since I am in need of the in between size. I haven’t worn them yet but am looking forward to it

I ordered these in red during the Nordstrom designer sale and I'm really glad that I did! I was looking for a leather sandal that would match a reddish raspberry handbag that I have. It's a perfect match and these are sooo beautiful in person! They're a red w/ a pinkish undertone. I typically wear a size 39-40 in Valentino, depending on if they're jelly sandals or leather ones. I went w/ a 39 in these and it worked out. I think a size 40 would've been too big in this case, but I probably would've done a 39.5 if it had been offered. Unfortunately, they don't have 1/2 sizes in these. I've worn them for a few hours today , and so far I have no complaints. They're a lot more comfortable than my Chanel espadrille slides.
