What it does: The Vagus Nerve Pillow Mist is where science meets wellness. This serene pillow mist creates a calming atmosphere to transform bedtime into a soothing moment of zen. The vagus nerve activates the body's relaxation response and helps regulate stress. Named after the Latin word for 'wandering,' the vagus nerve is the longest cranial nerve in the body.

Key ingredients:

- Vagus nerve essential oil blend: a soothing essential oil blend of chamomile, juniper berry, lavender, lemon tea tree and Moroccan rosemary soaks away signs of stress to relax the mind and body

- Botanical oil blend: a nourishing blend of apricot, avocado, grapeseed, jojoba seed and meadowfoam seed oils soften and hydrate the skin

I saw tinx mention this as part of her bedtime routine and had to try it. My sleep has been troubled the past year, and even if it's placebo mist, it's working. Take my money because sleep is priceless! My kids love when I mist their pillows too and I swear they wake me up less now that we have a calming routine. If you know someone who needs to stress less and help with a relaxing bedtime ritual, this stuff is AMAZING.

Terrible Waste of Money! Weak scent! Does not last
This product is little more than slightly scented water! Scent does not last! Total waste of money! I’d give it -5 stars if I could! DONT’ Waste Your Money!

Fragrance is off-putting
I'm sure I'm in the minority here, but I just can't stand the smell of this spray. Not sure quite what it is, but chemically it doesn't work for me. Nice bottle and seems like great quality otherwise. I really love the This Works deep sleep spray scent.
