Tia 2.0 Slingback Sandal (Women)

I’m so sad! I loveddddd this shoe. It’s beautiful, and so comfortable. However after wearing a handful of times the strap on the back broke. Even for $120, that’s not acceptable quality. As of now, my size is sold out but Nordstrom being great, offered to reimburse me the repair cost (which hasn’t been done yet) should I choose to keep.

I purchased these sandals on July 1 ..I loved them very comfortable and look great for casual and to dress up I loved them so much I purchased them in black also ..I only wore the first pair maybe 4-5 times for a couple hours at a time and yesterday as I was walking out of a restaurant the strap broke and caused me to fall thankfully I was not badly hurt . So I called Nordstrom to see if I could return them and since I wore them I was told I can not return them.. now I’m afraid to wear the other pair so I am actually out two pairs of these sandals
